A getaway that will forever be recalled is the one in Vegas, what is every now and then called "Sin City" due to its casino gambling places, though I prefer to remember it as a "sensational" city, Las Vegas, Nevada.
From LA to this player’s city, It was about a 4 hour drive during the summer. The weather was exceptionally warm but such anticipation filled the air. When my buddies and I arrived at our casino, we were amazed by the courtesy showed to us by the valet as he welcomed us to the gaming and entertainment world, this was the beginning of what turned out being the most awesome time.
We competed in casino card games like poker, black jack and other table games like electronic poker and slots, we laughed and ate fantastic foods, made by some of the greatest chefs in the world, and right on the Vegas strip.
I decided to take my chances on a colossal dollar slot machine and made the decision to risk $25 of the two hundred dollars I had bankrolled for the complete vacation. After feeding 17 dollars into this enormous slot machine I hit 300.00 dollars and I bounced around and horsed around so much, a casino attendant headed over and offered my buddies and myself no charge tickets to a show with vouchers for 2 complimentary drinks. We were in a world of shock, thankfulness and realized that it would be a wagering and adventure trip not to be buried.
